Activation Instructions

To activate QWKPagesm and report an outage, proceed with the following steps:

1. Call 877-571-3495.
2. Leave a complete message that includes:

1. Your name
2. Your call-back number
3. A detailed description of the problem

You may not receive an immediate call back.

If the technician does not require additional information from you, he/she will immediately begin working on the problem rather than adding the additional delay of a return phone call.

The technician will contact you if additional information is necessary and to confirm with you that the problem has been solved.
